Sharon Obami is a Nurse Manager who works for one of the biggest rehabilitation cooperations in America, Encompass Health. Sharon works directly with the CNO to manage and direct the nursing department. Sharon partners with directors of the therapy department, case management, quality and risk management, Human Resources and operations to provide quality care to patients. After working about 5 years in med-surg, neuro, cardiac, oncology and rehab units of an acute care hospital as a floor nurse and charge nurse, Sharon knows what it takes to provide quality care to a diverse population.  

Sharon is certified as a Med-surg Nurse by the American Nurses Credentialing Center ANCC. Sharon holds an MS in nursing administration and education from Lubbock State University Lubbock TX. Sharon holds a BS in nursing from Midwestern state University Wichita Falls TX .
